Delivery & Returns

1.         Our delivery policy

1.1.           Products ordered will be delivered by courier, usually TNT or UPS.

1.2.           Delivery is currently free on all items. If a delivery charge is indicated in the order confirmation details, please contact us for clarification.

2.         RETURNS

2.1.           We are unable to accept returns except where the wrong item has been delivered and the box is unopened. All products on our websites are new and faults can be resolved under the manufacturers guarantee.

2.2.           Before returning an item, please contact us and ask for a reference number. Under no circumstances should any items be returned without a reference number.
